These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and ws999 ("ws999", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the ws999 website available at https://ws999.cam (the "Platform"), including all content, features, services and functionality offered through it.

By accessing, browsing or registering an account on ws999, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. We reserve the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, rules and codes applicable to the User in their jurisdiction of residence or access.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, cashback credits or other non-real-money funds credited to an Account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, images, software, data, odds, statistics, game descriptions and other material available on or through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures required prior to real-money transactions, including but not limited to CNIC, passport, proof of address and liveness check.
• "Platform" means the ws999 website at https://ws999.cam and any associated applications or sub-domains.
• "Real-Money Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, wager or game activity involving actual monetary value as opposed to demonstration or practice mode.
• "Services" means the online gaming information, betting functionality, casino games, sports wagering and associated features provided through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as stated in the applicable promotional terms.

To register an Account and use the real-money Services on ws999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator license jurisdiction. We take age verification seriously. Where a minor is found to have accessed or used real-money Services — whether through misrepresentation, a shared account or any other means — the Account will be closed immediately. All deposits made by a minor will be returned where possible, and any winnings generated will be void and forfeited. ws999 co-operates fully with relevant authorities in such cases.

You represent and warrant that accessing and using the Platform is not prohibited by the laws of your country, province or territory of residence. ws999 does not knowingly offer Services in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that participation is lawful in your jurisdiction before proceeding.

Each User may hold only one registered Account. Maintaining multiple Accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds, subject to internal review.

Employees, contractors, agents, directors and immediate family members of ws999 or its associated operators are not permitted to hold real-money Accounts or participate in real-money Services.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form. You must not use a false identity, another person's identity, or any identity that you are not legally authorised to use. ws999 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and in certain cases prior to accepting deposits above specified thresholds, ws999 requires satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Documents typically required from Pakistani users include:

• A valid, unexpired CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, photographed clearly on both sides;
• Proof of address — such as a recent bank statement, utility bill or official correspondence dated within 90 days, where required;
• A selfie or liveness check to confirm the document matches the applicant;
• A source of funds declaration or supporting documentation for high-volume transactions, as required under AML protocols.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify ws999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. ws999 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You acknowledge that the Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes.

The Platform may be used to access gaming information, place sports bets, play casino games, manage your Account, and access responsible gambling tools — subject at all times to these Terms and Applicable Law.

You must not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform or its underlying infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to deploying bots, scrapers, automated click tools, or any artificial intelligence or machine learning tools to gain an unfair advantage or extract content without authorisation.

Where the Platform includes any interactive features, you must not use abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate language or conduct toward other users or platform staff. ws999 reserves the right to suspend accounts engaging in such behaviour without prior warning.

The payment methods available for deposit are listed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Methods may vary and are subject to change based on the operator's current integrations and compliance requirements. Pakistani users may find references to familiar payment infrastructure such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — however, ws999 makes no representation that any of these providers currently supports gambling transactions, and their availability in the cashier must be independently verified.

Where supported, deposits may be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC or USDT may also be available where listed in the cashier. All conversion rates applicable to crypto transactions are applied at the time of processing. ws999 is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and must not be funded from proceeds of any unlawful activity. Third-party deposits — whether from another individual, a business account not in your name, or any other non-personal source — are prohibited and may trigger account review and potential suspension.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method. ws999 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals are available to Users who have successfully completed KYC verification and satisfied any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds. Real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds) are withdrawable subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds and the conditions set out in this clause.

Processing times vary by payment method, the operator's internal review queue and applicable compliance checks. ws999 does not guarantee any specific withdrawal speed. Users are advised to allow for variable processing windows and to ensure their account details are accurate to avoid delays. First-time withdrawals are subject to enhanced review regardless of method used.

Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Where method matching is not possible, ws999 may request additional documentation to verify ownership of the intended withdrawal destination.

ws999 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the User will be notified and the account may be placed under review. Funds may be withheld pending investigation.

ws999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentive programmes from time to time. All such offers are subject to individual promotional terms, which are published at the point of offer and must be read carefully before any bonus is claimed.

All bonuses carry wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before withdrawal of associated funds is permitted. Game contribution rates vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Refer to individual promotional terms for precise contribution rates.

ws999 takes a proactive approach to detecting bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk opposing bets to fulfil wagering with minimal risk (arbitrage), exploiting system errors or latency, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and any other systematic approach designed to extract value from promotional offers without genuine play intent. Any User found to be abusing bonuses may have winnings voided and the Account suspended.

Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets carry an expiry period as stated in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

All sports betting, cricket wagering, live casino and slot gaming on ws999 is subject to game-specific rules published within each game or betting market. The following general principles apply across all gaming activity:

• All bets and game rounds accepted and confirmed by the system are final and binding, subject to any error correction provisions.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, payouts or game mechanics, ws999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes at its sole discretion.
• Live (in-play) betting markets on cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments and other sports are subject to real-time data feed dependencies; ws999 is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party data providers.
• ws999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market or betting event. Maintenance, licensing changes or technical issues may cause temporary or permanent withdrawal of specific content.
• RTP (Return to Player) figures displayed for slot games are illustrative long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ws999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings and/or legal action:

• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC;
• Creating or operating more than one Account;
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities;
• Deploying automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, ghost betting or related match-fixing activity;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or ws999 staff;
• Circumventing geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies or similar technical means.

All Content on the ws999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game titles, interface designs, software, odds data and any other materials — is the property of ws999 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, publication or commercial use of any Platform Content without prior written authorisation from ws999.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, ws999, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security;
• Interruptions to or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure or events outside ws999's reasonable control;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays, rejections or errors by Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or any bank;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on Content that is subsequently found to contain errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ws999 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We offer a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through your Account settings.

Self-exclusion, once applied, may be effective for periods ranging from days to permanent exclusion, depending on the option selected. During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to circumvent the restriction by creating new accounts, using alternative identities or accessing the Platform through third-party means.

Adults 18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the applicable license jurisdiction. Local laws in Pakistan and other jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit gambling. ws999 does not represent that gambling is lawful in Pakistan. This section does not constitute legal advice.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

ws999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account at any time where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected;
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed;
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is detected or suspected;
• The Account is subject to a legal or regulatory order or investigation;
• A self-exclusion period is active and circumvention is attempted;
• The User is found to be accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed due to verified breach, ws999 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, to remit relevant funds to the appropriate authorities.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the applicable operator holds its primary license. Nothing in this clause overrides or limits obligations under any mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in the User's jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact ws999 support in the first instance with a formal written complaint. ws999 will endeavour to resolve the complaint within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body or regulator under the applicable license jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency or interim relief from a competent court of jurisdiction.

ws999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform — for example by displaying a notice on the homepage or emailing registered users. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Clause 14.1.
